ASG Inflation Summary

Active Screen Gravity (ASG) explains inflationary attractor behavior through a threshold-induced running Planck mass rather than a hand-tuned scalar potential.

Core idea

Integrating out a heavy sector modifies the gravitational coupling term, and the Einstein-frame potential naturally flattens near the inflationary trajectory. This provides attractor behavior without fine-tuned potential engineering.

Representative predictions

ns = 0.9676, r ≈ 3.4 × 10−2, αs ≈ −8 × 10−4, βs ≈ −4.2 × 10−5, and EFT validity scale ratio Λsc/H ≥ 12 across the posterior.

Observational outlook

The scenario makes near-term testable predictions for Simons Observatory, CMB-S4, and LiteBIRD, especially in tensor amplitude and scale dependence of the scalar spectrum.
